My Favorite Songs at the moment:

Cold War Kids- Can We Hang On?

This, I gotta hand it to you is very driven music video. This person dancing, it shows bravery. Why? Cuz' no one wants to do that and if you do, you would be a laughing stock. This is a motivational song and remarkable, lyrics and everything!

P-Square-Nobody Ugly

This is making me feel sunny vibes, the tune and everything. I wish.... anyway. This is a supportive song for anyone who feels like they need to be beautiful for Instagram, when they should know they are already beautiful. Which is why they wrote this song. This is very rhythmic and special to girls everywhere. 

Tal- Slow Down The Flow

There is a music video for this but for some reason, I cannot put it here.

I like this song for a few reasons, because the message behind this song tell us to slow down when we rush too much. Society, for some reason, wants us to move fast and not slow down which we should do. The beat is very catchy, definitely something that sounds similar to Reggaeton.  


Steps- Scared Of The Dark

Remember Steps? If you are in the U.K. or anywhere in Europe, you know them. But, if you are in Canada or even the United States, you might not know them. This music video might be cringy and weird but the song is actually pretty good. The band had been here since the 90s as they covered a Bee Gees song, Tragedy. This song has a melodic tune and most of the time, the ladies are singing. the moves are very agile but also fun. 

Sarah Close- Caught Up

I really like the lyrics to this song, its very unusual and sentimental not too mention pretty rad. I like it how she uses those long words like methamphetamine. She also incorporates the lyrics into something so smart and wise. O'l wise one, teach me your ways. Anyway, the lyrics ties into the music video where she does cardio and  runs after this man. 

Oh Wonder- Ultralife

Guys. This sounds so electrifying and makes me believe in the ultralife. This music video is very futuristic in the 'now' stage, the combination of a man and a woman's voice is truly amazing! I think that we need something more civilized like this, more like enjoying other people and their differences. Truly amazing and one of the best songs.

Alec Benjamin- Now She's Getting Married

 God. What can I say about this song. So emotional and raw. Lyrics are very warm and clear. The piano sounds are really calming, like it's a Tori Amos song. It feels good in your heart, although its a 'I wish she/he is marrying me' type of situation. Nice, though. 

Red Velvet-Russian Roulette

I heard of this song a while back when my friend was showing me k-pop and I like this! Sounds so upbeat and funky. I don't know what they are trying to say but its mostly about love. The dance moves are playful and what they are doing in the music video is something very intelligent. Like, never knew that things could end up like this... I should listen to more k-pop....

TonNick- (I don't have a chinese characters on my keyboard)

You guys should check them out. They are a cantonese band who has adult contemporary song. It sounds so peaceful and calming. Truly remarkable.

Francesco Gabbani- Occidentali's Karma

This is very raspy and cool, he incorporates that in this song. I'm also surprised that its a Eurovision in team Italy. He is a visionary and truly a masterpiece waiting to happen. Talk about praising! 

Hang with me for a bit, I got just one more song that I love that I must put out there. 

Sheryl Crow- Halfway There

Guys. 'Be Myself' is out, and I brought a copy. It's amazing and very soulful. If you are asking what my favorite song is in the album, its 'Grow Up' because its dedicated to Prince and very upbeat. If you guys can't or rather hear something before you buy this album, check out 'Halfway There'. It's a very political song but very upbeat and tempo. Not too mention catchy! The music video should be up soon.
