5 Foods that make your Stomach Feel Well

As You may already know, stomach is used to digest foods, but what happens if you have cramps or problems? With the Holidays around the corner, here are some ways on how to cure those cramps! (since I experience some cramps sometimes, anyways)

1. Ginger
Ginger is good for Nausea, it has Gingerol which is a special herb which has anti-inflammatory specials. Also, it curbs a hangover, if
you feel drunk, or knows somebody who's drunk. Tell them to take some ginger.

2. Yogurt
It has bacteria which helps with digestion. Get regular and if possible, get probiotics. Probiotics help you digest food properly. It also has calcium and magnesium.

3. Chamomile
Chamomile is a flower which contains chrysin which is very good for anti-inflammatory properties. This flower can be found in hot places like Egypt, Algeria and the Middle East. Chamomile is amazing when it comes to treating stomach ache, helping soothe and relax the muscles that cause the pain.

4. Peppermint
I love this mint. It's very fresh and cool and very great for if you feel stuffed from all the food from the holidays. It's probably most peoples first of choice when it comes to treating stomach pain. But Beware, peppermint can only be good for treating stomach pain but not with heartburn, (stick with Tums) Peppermint can only relax the sphincter muscle. 5. Lemon
The lemon is very good. Here's why, the acidity level of the Lemon, which is 2.5 on the pH scale. (science lovers out there) stimulates the production of the hydrochloric acid in the stomach. So acid to acid. If you have enough hydrochloric acid in your stomach, then the stomach will feel better. But, if you want the best remedy possible, consider using warm water, honey and lemon. Don't, and I mean DON'T, drink lemonade and don't request lemon from a restaurant. Make your own!

P.S. These are only foods that help you curb your stomach but each stomach is different. If symptoms get worse, contact your family doctor. They are the best people when it comes to helping you with your health.
