How to Relax..... and Rejuvenate with Meditation..... and say ahhhh....

I know, the title seems rather suspicious or strange but that's how it went down.

I'll get to the part where relaxing with meditation is really good but let me tell you my story of how I did this in the first place.

It was a cold, fall day, Stressed from everything, work, education, family, friends and etc..

So the other day, I was on a website and they told me to meditate, and since I missed a lot of Yoga classes, I mean A LOT! I considered it, and tried it once. There was this app for free and I did it. At first, I was like, why is this person talking? Is he lecturing me to relax? Is he the boss of me? (these questions in my head at the time). He was only a voice distributing around the room. I sat on my bed, cross legged and followed his instructions and immediately after, I just thought that (I don't get it) but as soon as I had that urgency to keep going, even though it was pretty weird, I felt relaxed. I only do it when I feel really stressed and needed freedom from my escape.

So this is how Mediation helps you,

1) It tells you (in a calm manner) to take your time, not rush everything.

2) Gives you a breather, perceives that this is all about you and not what the mind says.

3)  Everybody needs to relax and taking the time off (even for 5 minutes) could actually make you more confident and productive, which in my experience helps come back to light.

4) People need to know that life can wait for you. If you feel like you can't catch up with your life, you need to stop, think, breathe and catch up. This is how you do life.

And I hope you take meditation in consideration, you might not like it at first but later on, you'll like it.

Love
