Ashton Hall's Morning Routine
I'm not sure if anyone has seen this viral video of this. Ashton Hall is a famous influencer who recently posted his morning routine and ones water bottle company has shot up with revenue.
When I first saw this video on Twitter (I'm still calling it Twitter, because its better), I saw this video of this guy, doing things in the morning, 3:30 am.
I look at that video and realize that this is very unrealistic and truly not someone like me can afford.
He starts his day, ripping a charcoal lip mask off, and then with Saratoga Spring Water, drinking it, then does push ups outside. There was a meme going on where he is spread eagle and wearing high heels. (I find that hilarious)
He dips his face in water, twice! (one in the early wee morning hours) and (one just before his interview)
Meditates and writes an empty page journal. (I wish he actually wrote something)
He uses the pool to dive in, which in case five minute gap feels like a 5 second rule (by Mel Robbins).
I think he needs to re-edit his times on the video, because some of them are incorrect.
I don't want to keep going, doing a play-by-play of this video, it's on Twitter if you see it.
It racked up millions of views and attracted others to do the same as well.
