Life Update- 2022

It's September 27th, 2022.

I am 23 now going 24 next year.

My life couldn't come soon enough, new jobs, new friends and experiences I'd never thought possible.

I still live in Toronto, and the last thing I did was important landing on my first job at somewhere I love ;)

I got referred there by volunteering, (see where it takes you?) and making connections with many friends and colleagues I made there.

If you ever get a chance to go to Toronto, come to Harbourfront Centre. You'll see so many amazing art from around the world, take part in interactive art and even attend a concert, all for free!

Also, I am taking care of my mental health by going to counselling and doing talk therapy. Its so important than ever to check in with yourself. Checking in to see how you are doing, checking your mental energy and always be true to your emotions. Never let anyone decide your emotions for you.

I've been on some travels lately, and I'll share them here, the latest was when I went on a cruise to Puerto Rico, Charlotte Amalie (US Virgin Islands) and Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. (As I'm writing to you now, there has been a Hurricane that swept through where I traveled, so I wish you guys could help out, donate while you can. Disastrous indeed.)

I am waiting for Christmas, my favourite time of the year. That too will happen.

But until then, we will keep going.

Thanks for reading.

These are some pictures I took at my latest travels.

Sometimes, enjoying nature is really beneficial to your health. Take for instance an airplane ride, look at the window. You'll see the sun coming up. That's a new day. You have a chance to make it yours. Love every day you're given, you never know what might happen tomorrow.

San Juan, Puerto Rico. I visited there a couple of times, so it's not surprising to me. They had a Walgreens there and we settled to buying Peppermint Tea, since there was none on the ship.

Charlotte Amalie is a very profound place. The tour guide showed us around the city, the ride was very bumpy but it was worth it. Lots of breathtaking views and animals on trees, if you are interested.

I never rode on a cable car like that before. It was scary, I literally was sweating and crying going up to the top. Going up there was worth it though. Beautiful views, bridges to walk on, a local cafe shop that sells Mexican beer, and gardens to look at pretty flowers! I love it!
