By the way, they are a really good website to search up the meaning of life.

A few days ago, I was stuck in a rut with nothing else to do. I almost felt helpless, sense that nobody can help me, that this routine will be here forever and thinking all bad things until I realize about taking a moment for yourself, a breather and tell yourself; "what have you contributed to the public today? Did you make footprints in the world today?"
I did just that, and suddenly, I felt much better. The world is lighter not heavier.

You should try this too. If you feel that you did not contribute, your values don't count in this world or if you are sad about one thing that can't just get out of your head, for example, ex-lover, ex-friend, being fired, etc.
Tell yourself, "I did what I came to do and I'm done." or "I will never be taken for granted." Stuff like that.
Sometimes, you need a moment to just realize of the things you've done to get yourself here. You pledge something that requires motivation to get to the end point, Of life in general.
Things like this helps us realize that what we are doing now will be placed for what you've done today.
This link (above me) has many great affirmations to cope with thinking a distressing mind.
So, if you feel crappy and need a support, find a confidence boost, and try affirmations. They might help.
